Nick and Len were super fast and great. They definitely deserve the 5 stars. But the company charging an hour labor ($120) for "drive time" is absolutely ridiculous. I paid the full 2 hour minimum required and was done in a hour and a half since I had everything packed and waiting by my front door. Then the fuel charge was added on, as is expected. But my apt and storage unit is less than 10 mins from their facility. And the price I had to pay was way more than what was originally quoted to me on the phone. I really like Nick and Len but be ready to pay more than what they quote you before the work is done, even if it's done under the 2 hour minimum. This was my first experience hiring someone to move stuff for me and it wasn't even my full apartment, just things I wanted to store and it's probably not something I'll do again. But I will keep it at 5 stars because the guys were really amazing and fast and def impressed me. Paying more than half my rent for convenience is a no go for me tho. They need to make it clear that it's actually a 3 hour minimum plus fuel and even if they only use a little of any type of packing material, you get charged full price for it
