Robinson's Affordable Movers

Please beware of this company. They broke my TV in the move, has stated that they were going to pay for the TV and now I’m getting the runaround. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, if you value your belongings, you will choose someone else.

I wish I would have known they had a Google page when I used them a few years ago. My whole experience was terrible. They were late, half my house was loaded up, they complained. They pulled up in a U Haul truck. We could have done this and saved money. These reviews have to be fake. No way anyone is giving this company a good review.

-Are they affordable, Yes. You also know you are assuming a certain amount of risk w/ affordable...

-Did the team show up late? Yes. Hours, However, when they arrived they handled moving business and got it done!

-Did I incur damages, Yes.

-Was I compensated for said damages? No. Well, I received a partial payment (not even half) two months after the fact.

-Was the part ordered? No, well not by them.

I received the run around about what couldn't be ordered, to which I explained the process and just ordered it myself. I saw quickly where that was headed. I'd still be going in circles like I am now for the rest of the payment four months later.

-Did I pay the movers? I did, because it was only right, mistakes happen. They worked their butts off and I was assured it would be taken care of.......... That was Sept 24 its now mid Jan 25.

I have been in constant communication/ translation: receiving more run around, with not so sincere promises to pay me and explanation of it not being my fault; yet I am out of several hundred dollars for having to finally replace a broken piece of valuable furniture that was broken during my move; yet continuously put off from receiving the rest of my payment. Ridiculous doesn't begin to explain it...

-Are there other options to recoup, there are several. Currently exploring them now. Although it really is as simple as Robinson's Affordable Moving taking care of the situation created by their movers.

They're offering a 50% off of the holidays on moves which was the icing on the cake for me because it left me extra money to do some extra Christmas shopping ????
