I was nervous and anxious about my move. But Robinson movers put my mind at ease. They are efficient, friendly and complete professionals. They worked hard to move me to San Antonio. Thank you!!!! ?

Horrible experience took 2-3 hours over arrival time and never came stopped to get lunch at 10 when they were supposed to come to me at 9. Very unprofessional and only wanted to give me $100 dollars off for being late and still didn’t come almost 2 hours after that. Please don’t hire them.

While definitely personable I would not hire this team again.

I was under the impression I was hiring a moving service with supplies and packing included, they show up and pack the place top down and I don’t lift a finger…that was not the case. They arrived late because of issues with renting a uhaul truck. I didn’t know they’d be renting a truck from uhaul the day of, I thought moving companies had their own trucks.
They showed up late with the truck and 2 small uhaul boxes to pack my entire place.

-No wrapping/packing paper
-No furniture stretch wraps
-No boxes for items (just the 2 mentioned above)
-No bubble wraps
-No Furniture pads
-

The work time was not efficient. It took all day because it was only two of them. And they were having to go get supplies on the job. They didn’t pack my entire place, I kept having to go back and say what about this, what about that, you guys forgot this, you guys forgot that…truly exhausting. They forgot to pack an entire room! They were wrapping up and getting ready to leave and I was like what about this room I asked for my entire place to get packed. I even had to help them cause it was ridiculous at that point. Even the packing on the uhaul was not it.

I was speechless at the many surprises of this move. If you like headaches and your clothes getting packed in trash bags…book at your own risk. Good people making a hustle. But in the 6 times I have moved, this service is not the level professionalism I am used to.

In the end, I still had to finish packing the place myself.
