I am on my second unit with Rochester Storage and I have never been anything but satisfied. Brian makes the process very easy, which is very welcome when you’re dealing with selling a house and moving. Units are well maintained as are the grounds. Security cameras all throughout the units provides a sense of security when your entire life is stored somewhere. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

This is the first time of using such a facility and have had nothing but great service. The owner has been johnny on the spot with any requests that I had, approached them and immediately took care of them. Just can't say enough good things about the business.

Rochester storage went above and beyond to help my family and I move out of our home after 33 years-they were able to remove junk and unwanted items for a much more reasonable price than any of the junk removal places in the area. They did a great job us updating throughout the day at what we needed to accomplish and what needed to be done and we actually had to rent a storage unit during the move to store items that would not fit in the moving trailer, which was a plus -that they have storage units available .they professionally and efficiently packed our items and drove an hour and a half to the new area where we were moving. They are very reasonably priced -very professional, very reassuring and calming during a very stressful time. Brian was great. He came and estimated our items and gave us a quote & explained how the process would work. And then a few months later they actually removed our remaining items from the storage unit to our new location, so thankful so helpful so happy that we found them. And my family and I were able to assist with the move so that saved us even more as far as expenses - other moving companies would not have done that. I highly recommend them!
