Brittney was very helpful with getting things set up for me and answering questions. I rented a unit and a moving truck all in one go, and the whole process went very smoothly!

Always a great pleasure to work with the folks at RCS! We have rented there 3 different times and always friendly and accommodating! Brittany does a fantastic job as well her staff !

Went here today to see about the sizes of the trucks since we're not too sure how big of one we'd need. Went inside the building to speak to someone for help, there was not a soul inside. Called out, no response. Went back outside and saw a woman walking towards the building, asked her if she works here and she dismissively says 'Yeah' and starts to walk away again. I asked her about if one of the trucks I was looking at was a 15 foot one, since I was unsure about the sizes. Again, she dismissively says 'Yeah' and begins to walk away AGAIN!! Finally I'm like 'Well is there any way you can let me look in it?' And she says 'Yeah you can just go open the back and look in it.' And she walks away back into the building. Absolutely treacherous customer service. Why do you think I'm asking if you work there? I'm not interviewing you, I have questions about the trucks before I rent one!!
