I find your response hard to believe. If you were busy, why didn't you call me and tell me this. You called for information on the move. And then you decide to cancel 15 minutes before 10.

Here is another moving company that refused to help me. I am disabled and live on the 3rd floor. Paid in advance and this was the only place available. I got a call about this move. It was rushed because another moving company cancelled on me as well. They decided to cancel on me as well. If I did this in my years of delivery service, I would never have had a job. This one is truly disappointing.

My experience with Rocket Services was fantastic! They arrived on time, took great care with my items, and communicated with me every step of the way.

Move was quick and easy. The time they left my place to the drop off location was quick. Not only was the move smooth and easy, the movers communicated a lot and we laughed! Good people and even better movers. 10/10

I needed help transporting cargo for a work event. Jose showed up on time, was very professional, and got the job done quickly. Will definitely be using him again for all my moving needs!
