ROCKSTAR MOVING LABOR LLC

This is the reason small businesses get bad reputations. I made arrangements for this business to come and move two items for me. They never showed, never called or text to let me know they weren’t coming. I text them to see if they were coming, no response from them. I was left in a lurch. One of the items to be moved was supposed to be in taken to Lakeland and the company in Lakeland was waiting on it. I was left in a really bad situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone if you want trust and reliability and someone that returns your calls or messages.

Used Dave 2 times to move, he did a good job, he was on time the cost was very reasonable, unloaded the truck in a heart beat

Since no stars is not possible, I had to give one. No showed day of move

Oliver and Alan were super helpful, took care that nothing would be damaged.. they disassembled and assembled everything very efficiently.. very friendly...definitely will recommend to everyone

Dave is very sleazy! He ghosted my friend on the move day. No answer, no call back, did absolutely nothing but left her in the dust with no remorse. Absolutely disgusting how he responds to his customers when he's leaves them hanging... we strive to do our best, we appreciate your business??? Like seriously, how self degrading is that? BBB has already been contact by numerous of ppl. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam of a business! And Dave!!! Do us a favor and shut this business down!!!
