**DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! *** Contacted Dave on Tuesday 12/20 and hired them to unload a moving container today 12/23. They confirmed by texts as recently as last night that they would show up between 8am-9am. No show. No call. No return texts. No returned voice mails. Absolutely a waste of my time. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time.

Company is run by an ex con who has been in and out of jail for touching little boys. Choose another moving company to work with!!! We used them once down in Florida and asked our son to hangout. He is 8

We had old fencing hauled away. The owner, David, was professional, kind, arrived within 15 minutes of our call and was reasonably priced. Will use his company again & recommend him to others!

So I am editing my review since I tried to use Dave and Rockstar Moving LLC again this year. I worked with them last year on a move from Tampa to Cleveland and that went well and gave him 5 stars initially for that. I needed to move again locally this summer so I called Dave a month in advance and agreed with him on a date and time, and this review concerns this move. The problem I couldn't give him zero stars and I blame Google for that.
After we agreed on the plan, I made 3 follow up calls to confirm since there was no paperwork except for his word (which, in my world of business, is binding) including two calls on the morning of the move. He always answered and gave reassuring answers that it was happening but when it came time for the actual move in the afternoon he 'ghosted' me. If you read other reviews, this ghosting thing is real where he stops answering phone calls and does not send a message to even let you know that he won't be coming. The saving grace in my situation was that my move was very local and I had a bunch of friends show up to help. In my opinion, what he did (and continues to do to other people seems like) is unforgiveable from the professional and individual standpoints. I am sure other people got into worse situations because of this company's unethical standards and lack of care or interest in people's lives.
I want everyone who reads this review to take this matter very seriously since this is the worst kind of stranding anyone can get you into. Had he called a few days ahead and told me he was canceling, I would have managed differently. Actually, if he answered my calls and said something happened and he couldn't make it, I would've gotten angry but probably understood. Even on follow up calls to understand what happened later, he wouldn't answer my number which I find very evasive and sleazy. Anyway, I hope this helps future customers get an insight about business with this company before they commit. In three words: unethical, deceitful, and non-trustworthy.
