Very friendly, great customer service and follow-up

I had to make a quick move from south Texas to north Texas and was able to get in contact with Mary on a Thursday to have a crew help me unload my items on Monday. Mary and I had great communication especially on Monday as I was making my drive up there.
Once the 2 man crew arrived they were friendly and efficient. They were careful with my furniture.
When it’s time for me to move again I will definitely be reaching out again. Thank you Mary and to the crew!

We had an excellent experience with Rollers Moving in Allen. It was a large job and Jacob, the owner, came to our house prior to the move to give us a more accurate estimate. The moving team of Rodrigo, Walter and Sergio were absolutely amazing. I’ve moved so many times in my life and this was the best move I’ve ever had. They were nothing but polite, thoughtful and strong. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the DFW area.

I highly recommend using these movers. First off i just want to say they are efficient throughout the whole process from start to finish. Everything was wrapped tight and none of my belongings were damaged in the process of my entire move! Would definitely use them again in the future! Thanks again!!!

Am VERY impressed with these movers. They were very efficient with their time and care for all the belongings.
One of the movers even went so far as to point out wall/door/floor damages that were already there in the new apartment. (Probably so we didn't blame the movers) but that we needed to list all the damages since it is a new complex.
I was struggling in the hallway of the complex, carrying boxes from my car to the apartment, and one of the movers saw me and ran to help. I was astonished, because I knew this particular person had 2 broken ribs!! Very attentive and helpful.
When/if I move from my house one day, I hope to use Rollers Moving. (I was helping my daughter move this time)
