Room 2 Room Moving and Storage

Braxton Miller, the owner helped me with a small move.

He said they have a 3 hr minimum but he would only charge me 2 hours which was $285.

They moved a bunch of boxes/small furniture into my garage and only took 35-40 minutes. I could tell they were in a hurry to get out of there since they had moved boxes into my garage that were completely open and not even taped yet.

They also packed very heavy boxes on top of light crushable containers.

Long story short, my 5YO daughter's dresser got moved into the garage with all of her clothes in it so I called Braxton Miller back an hour after they quickly split to see if they could circle back and help me pull the dresser out so I could get her clothing out.

He said that he would come back (I would hope so since I just paid him $285 for 35-40 minutes of work!)

He never honored his word by returning, never picked up his phone again, and never replied to any texts.

I now have to hire another company to come out and help me pull the dresser out from behind the boxes in my garage, which will literally take one minute.

Braxton Miller, the owner of Room 2 Room just wants MONEY apparently. NO integrity & his word means nothing- beware of this owner and company!

We used Room to Room twice this year for a big remodeling job on our home. Once to move us out and 7 months later to move back in. Both times, we were very pleased with the care they took with our items and our home. The crew was professional, efficient, fast and really seemed to enjoy their work. Highly recommend Room to Room.

I can't say enough about the extraordinary level of expertise, professionalism, efficiency, care, courtesy, and friendliness that each one of the four-man crew exhibited during packing and unloading. My family and I were genuinely impressed and highly recommended Room 2 Room.

Sthyl and his crew are friendly, efficient and careful 2nd time we've used their services and, if we move again (God forbid!) there will be a 3rd.
