Ross Moving

I used this moving company one time and a leg on my dresser was broken . I gave them a benefit of the doubt to use them again a year later . That lead to thousands of dollars worth of items broken and damaged . After sending him photos of damaged items including 2 75” 4k tvs . He told me we could file a claim with his insurance. It’s been going on 16 months no claim have been filed and he’s avoiding all my communication with him . Christopher Ross with Ross moving company is not a good person to do business with . I lost recently called him and sent him a message with no answer or response now I’m waiting to see if the insurance company will contact me back .

Great communication, friendly service guys, took great care to wrap items to protect them and reasonable prices, would recommend Ross Moving!

Called them from a post on NextDoor..the call to project finish..3 hours..their responsiveness was immediate..from callbacks..to coordinating the first call..to setting the appt..quite rare..completely focused on making it happen for me.. when they showed up, the two gentlemen Deaaron and John could not have been nicer... it felt immediately like a great decision..just excellent

Moved a 350 lb machine to the basement even lifting it above obstacles at the bottom of the stairs...work ethics is off the charts

I think Ross Moving is a great moving company simply because they got my apartment moved for me and we had no damages when I had to move. Also they helped my good friend Dylan Hale with a junk removal job for a really good reasonable price. He treats his customers like a sibling and I would recommend this company 100% of the time. ?
