Round The Clock Moving

We had an exceptional experience with Round the Clock Movers. We had a complex move where we were moving from 3 different locations. In addition to the various totes, each location had some heavy things (a piano, gym equipment, etc), things that needed to be disassembled and reassembled (beds, tables, desks) and things to dispose of (mattress, box springs, stove). I was nervous about how it would go and had many questions — Mike answered all of them quickly and thoroughly. He put my mind to rest before we started. The company sent a huge truck and 4 awesome movers: Angel, Blair, Cliff, and Clinton. They were friendly, careful, and took the time to figure out how best to move things so they didn’t get damaged. They worked for 9 hours straight - we were shocked and so impressed and beyond grateful. I will use them again and my parents and friends who were present will as well. I highly recommend their services.

The staff is unreliable, consistently late for both pick-up and drop-off services for move. The company is terrible; they will damage your belongings and retain them for two weeks post your move.

Update: I have now used them for a second office move, 2 years later. They are a great team and I would and will work with them and recommend them again!

I have used Round the Clock twice, once for an office move and once for a storage space move. Both times the team was great. Nothing damaged. Fast and efficient with good communication. I especially appreciated the positive attitudes. Moves are stressful and to have someone with a helpful and kind mindset matters.
