Who wants a mover with bad attitudes who’s gonna scuff up your stuff. Umm no thank you. These guys took care of my stuff like it was their own and that alone made my day. Took away all the stress while I got to sit back and relax and enjoy moving into my new house. Thanks again guys. Your the best.

Overall very satisfied with their work! I as well had three fellas come on over and they only charged $100! Was very happy with their professionalism and overall quality of work that they provide. Would I be going to them again? You bet I will!

I had over $6,500 in damages due to negligence on behalf of Route 66. Items were not properly blanket wrapped. They stacked boxes with glass on the bottom which crushed under the weight of other boxes. If you have expensive things, I wouldn't recommend using this company. I tried to resolve this issue with customer service. The owner refused to speak with me. The company only insures 60 cents per pound so they offered to pay $522 for the damages. Then wanted me to sign a waiver with disagreeable terms before I could receive the money. This has been going on for months now and I have not received a penny back that they promised.

I had to pay over $2,400 for their poor service and $6,000 out of pocket to repair and replace the items they damaged. They think because they have insurance they can treat your items with no respect and throw them around. I am appalled at their business conduct and lack of service to rectify their mistakes.
