If you could give ten stars it would be very easy to do. Chaz and his sidekick Steve were right on time . They were fast and precise. Just a pleasure to deal with and no hidden surprises. Straight forward and to the point!!
My friend Emily went with Royal Movers to move her from Lincoln Park to Taylor and honestly it was 10/10! Steve and Justin are currently unloading the truck after one of the smoothest and most convenient moving experiences I've ever been apart of. Both guys took excellent care of my friend's belongings while still being fast, efficiently moving a whole two bedroom house in less time than expected. Definitely very valuable service and I would recommend Steve, Justin, and Royal Movers over anyone.
Royal Movers arrived on time and were incredibly helpful with their expertise, plan of action, but most of all experience in moving. Steve and Chaz were very nice, communicated with us when we asked questions or to inform us of something, and respectful to our belongings as well as the house when moving. I would recommend them for your moving needs.

I called to inquire about booking this company for my 72-year-old mother, and the person I spoke with was extremely rude, to the point that it felt uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it was because I mentioned the word “budget” and they assumed we couldn’t afford the service, but whatever the reason, the attitude I encountered was enough to ensure I’d never book with them.
To be fair, the price I was quoted was reasonable, and affordability wasn’t an issue. However, sometimes good customer service is worth more than a fair price. The person I spoke with constantly talked over me, and when I tried to provide details about the move, they cut me off to say they’ve been in the business for over 25 years—implying they didn’t need to hear what I had to say. I was simply trying to be informative.
The conversation felt rushed, dismissive, and as if they weren’t interested in our business. That’s perfectly fine because, after this experience, we’re not interested in theirs.
