The way your stuff all just arrived to my mothers house and talked to my mother was completely unprofessional and disrespectful!! No one gave direction on how you wanted her to be packed and she told you she has been at this home for 14 years you went from 2500 to maybe 3500 to telling her she has to pay 6k.. She only had 4K available..you all were yelling at her and everything you didn’t even approach her respectfully all because she didn’t have all items packed in boxes and had some bags in which no one told her no bags were allowed…. My mom is balling her eyes out and now I have to call off work and go see about her because i recommended this company because I stay in Wyandotte and see your company I will never recommend again I’m upset I ever did…

Worst experience ever.
Chaz swore and yelled the entire time.
When I called I told him the kind of bed they would be moving.
Then he came into my home saying it was heavy, I told him it was a motorized bed.
I'd never use them again.

1. Quote was half of what they actually charged!
2. They ruined my treadmill by yanking the power cord from the controls! It will cost another $800 to repair! And then LIED about doing it!
3. Chaz is condescending and rude.

Were able to move an upright piano from my garage to my basement. Wonderful job! The guys that showed up were very nice and professional would recommend!

Quick and easy move. We booked these people the day prior and they showed up and blew us away. They were in and out super quick and were polite the whole time. Highly recommend.
