Angile and Danny with Royal Moving and Storage were professional, punctual, efficient, capable, and courteous. They took great care with all the possessions entrusted to them. I was tasked with the apartment move out and storage for a disabled family member who, frankly, left us a mess. Angile's and Danny's understanding and willing attitude were a great relief to me and made an otherwise unpleasant situation more bearable. They even helped me move trash and heavy items to the dumpster and items I needed to separate to my vehicle. They listened and assisted. Furthermore, they accomplished this during the days' long torrid rain storms Jacksonville endured in early September, continuing to work diligently even when they got soaked (but protected the personal possessions). Angile and Danny then unloaded the truck at the storage facility across town and arranged everything in the unit with care and precision, maximizing the space. Angile explained the billing clearly and expedited my payments with precision. My telephone conversations with Sonny and Sammy were pleasant and effective. I would definitely recommend Royal and use them again.
