1/24 Update:

They stole over $20,000 worth of my items. They are trying to compensate me with $500.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am trying to save you. You can tell a lot of their 5 star reviews are fake. They hire horrible staff who steal your things. They were booked to disassemble desk/beds and came with no tools. We’re gone for hours to go buy tools and coincidently their tagging machine was down when it came to load our stuff so nothing was tagged so they could steal all my shoes and clothes. Claiming some of it could have been left behind when I personally watched when load my stuff on the truck. Looked me in my eyes and promised they would take care of my things.
Horrible company!!!!!!

I repeat- DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
They STEAL your stuff. ALL of my shoes and half my clothes are missing. How is it that the most expensive items are missing. They state they don’t know what happened or that maybe it’s in their storage facility or it might have gotten delivered with another delivery but don’t do anything to find it???
They are a NIGHTMARE. As soon as they have you in contract, they stop responding and are truly the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. When we realized things were missing, they don’t care to respond or call you back. It’s been torture trying to get them to help us. Now it’s just dealing with insurance to see if we can get anything back which will be fractions of what was lost.
What you get quoted for the move will not be the final price so get ready to add in thousands more.

Save yourself from this nightmare. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Update: it is near $20,000 worth of clothes and shoes that are missing. We have sent multiple emails, no answers. Of course this happened near the holidays, their workers most likely stole the items and regifted as many things that were stolen were new with tag clothing. I do not exaggerate when I say ALL of my shoes are missing. They state it could have been misplaced or not gotten on the truck but I was present and hand delivered all my items to the delivery driver to put on the truck. I was also told and they documented that their scanned machine WAS NOT WORKING at our location so they weren’t able to tag my clothes. What a coincidence it’s all missing now. Now to start the suing process as all my blazers/jackets are also missing and over 10 lululemon align jackets are missing.
