I recently used Royal Moving for my relocation, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly accommodating.

Booking the service was seamless, and their customer service team patiently answered all my questions, ensuring every detail was covered. On moving day, the crew arrived promptly and came fully prepared with all the necessary supplies. They handled my belongings with care, carefully packing fragile items and expertly disassembling and reassembling my furniture.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and their ability to make the process stress-free. The team worked quickly yet meticulously, ensuring everything was loaded and unloaded safely. They even cleaned up after the move, leaving my old space spotless.

I also appreciated their transparent pricing—there were no hidden fees, and everything was explained upfront. Moving can be such a daunting experience, but Royal Moving made it feel effortless.

Not sure how this company has a 4.8 with over 100 reviews, but our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Yaroslav, Dmitriy, and Anton were assigned to move our belongings from a local storage center to our new apt and were hired on an hourly basis. These were not your typical professional movers; their process was inefficient and purposefully slow to rack up the charges. Anton also took my husband’s charger and used it without asking first – very unprofessional and a red flag.

It wasn’t until after the move was completed that we realized they went through my duffle bag (which was not apart of what they were moving) and stole over $55k worth of valuables: my entire travel jewelry case that had my engagement ring, wedding ring, all of my jewelry, as well designer items like purses and sunglasses. I’ve never felt so violated, disgusted, angry and truly devastated – the jewelry had so much sentimental value to me that’s irreplaceable.

When we notified the moving company, they said they would do an “internal investigation” - which was a dispatcher asking the movers questions regarding their involvement via phone and that’s it. We requested to speak with the owner, Vlad, several times for months, to which we were told he was too busy. It was until a review was posted did we receive any form of acknowledgement or apology - via email.

The lack of professionalism, efficiency and human decency is alarming, especially for a company that appears to look reputable online. Please DO NOT use this company - I would never want anyone to experience a fraction of the stress and aftermath of this emotional and financial nightmare.

Best moving company ever to be honest I will never use anybody else but these guys and continue to refer everybody that I know we've used this company my partner and I 2x times they go above and beyond can't recommend highly enough!!!
