Alex and his team moved me from South Carolina to NYC. They were the best !

Royalty Moving Systems, LLC just moved my husband & I from NJ to NC this weekend. They were very professional and the entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them for any local or long distance moves! Definitely 5 stars!

My husband and I moved from New York to Florida. We began looking for a reputable moving company. Alex ( the owner) was the last person I called after three weeks of calling other (well known and not so well known) moving companies. I was at my wit’s end. They either wanted us to wait two weeks to receive our things, or their prices were ridiculous.

What impressed me immediately was the fact that I called Alex on a Thursday evening. He not only answered, but held a quick consultation phone call. He then stated that he would come to my house to do an in person consultation (for free) the next day. This was extremely impressive because he was coming from New Jersey to Queens, N.Y. on a Friday afternoon. If you don’t know, in that part of the U.S., that is the beginning of weekend rush hour!
When he arrived, he was not only professional, he was friendly and realistic. As soon as we got the quote, we said yes. His price was fair and realistic. What was even better was that everything was included in the price, no hidden fees or add ons.

From that moment on, his service continued to be on point. He kept in contact before the move and as well as during. He had a move a few days before ours. He called to reassure us that he was returning from that move and he was ready for ours. He also called to check on us during the drive as he knew my husband and I would both be driving our own cars to Florida as well. He let us know his location and when he would be arriving ( which wound up being a day earlier).

For both pick up and delivery he called to let us know his eta and he was spot on with that as well. His team of workers were great. They got to work as soon as they arrived and worked non-stop ( two different sets of workers).

If I could give a higher rating I would. 5 stars aren’t enough for the service received. I would take Alex’s family owned moving company any day over the well known ones. We felt cared for, not just another customer.
