Owner Bill kindly helped me out of a jam caused by UHaul scheduling errors. Two helpers, Bruce & K, were outstanding! Patient with our tricky driveway & interior stairway. Worked fast yet respectfully! Extremely courteous! Hard working! Delivered, unloaded & placed 3 U-Boxes. Bill even recycled some of my empty boxes for me, so nice!!

5/1/23---Bill and his whole crew were the very 1st movers I have ever used and well, 'They were GREAT!'. Bruce & KJ arrived on-time, were very friendly and very careful, though quick. They took extreme care of many of my delicate items that arrived unscratched and in 100% original condition, even though they had 2 go Off-Road 2 miles from Prescott and drive over 2+ hours through the mountains to get to my new location. The price was very fair and they toughed it out in 90+ degree heat to get done in the promised time. Would definitely recommend them and thank them all greatly for an awesome job!

Run and See Moving Assistants, LLC in Prescott, AZ was hired by me to load my moving truck. I read the reviews for Run and See both before and after my move. They all praise them for loading or unloading their belongings. My complaint is not about the loading (another company unloaded); my complaint is how Run and See handles a damage claim for damaging my freezer. Bill Sandoval (the Owner) admitted they were at fault. He hired a company to inspect my freezer to limit his liability. Then he called the inspection a repair. And refused to compensate me for the damage. The inspector told him the freezer was heavily damaged and that the door was leaking. Even though the door now leaks and causs frost, Bill called it cosmetic damage. The mark of an excellent mover is one that will stand liable for their mistakes. Run and See does not.

Best movers I've ever hired!! Bill, Eric and Danny went above and beyond my expectations. Wish I could have taken them to TX for the unloading. I highly recommend these guys. Best in the business.
