Moved less then 5 miles. Damaged furniture then denied it. When showed photos claimed it was 'ikea' brand (it isn't). Damaged the walls, the ceiling of our new place. The rugs they got filthy I have to pay a professional rug cleaner to come clean. Was it raining? Yes. Should a professional company have things in place so your house isn't filthy because of them? Yes. I have never seen movers move slower in my life. Totally milking the clock )which makes sense seeing as the quote was off...by 550 dollars! Caught the 'workers' sitting on our furniture, standing and chatting in our kitchen, smoking/vaping outside. They were talking about things so inappropriate I was glad my children were not home. They were caught so many times doing nothing that they jumped when my boyfriend or I walked into the room. They are unprofessional, slow, damaging, and rude. Do not use them! Do better homework then we did! OHHHH and they didn't follow Covid protocol. No masks, no hand washing, no temp taking. (I know the hand washing b/c our powder room several used didn't have soap as I packed it and they used it!)

Wanted to reply to their ridiculous comment. These were the worst movers we have ever had. Even now we are still finding things they damaged or ruined(for example we had a mover drop our lock box with documents) right in a puddle. The papers got wet and since we didnt realize this, they got moldy. Birth certificates, etc. MOLDY!
They will hold your things hostage and make you pay more for how SLOW they are.
