Complete lack of communication for more than six weeks. Ruth movers were to move my belongings back (from their storage facility to my home) on March 27. Last contact they had with me was on March 26, 2020 to confirm my move and confirmed they were an essential business. Did not show up with my stuff and have not responded to my million emails, phone calls, and social media requests. Completely unprofessional and would never recommend.

Scheduled for the afternoon of Friday but they were delayed due to morning move. We agreed to change our schedule to Satirday morning but no one called or showed. We left multiple messages without a response and are still waiting after 5 hours.

We had a very heavy gun safe we needed moved from the basement into our moving truck. The movers showed up and took care of the job with no issues at all. We had no damage and the entire experience was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Ruth Movers !! Thank you for the great job!
