Saf Keep Storage is a top tier facility. The units are clean, friendly/knowledgeable staff, and great service. I highly recommend you check this place out before going to other facilities in the area. 10/5 stars all day. Big shoutout to Mohammed for all the help he’s given me.

This place is a nightmare. Every month is either some added charge, a change to the rent price or deactivating features of the unit for no reason and requesting that you now pay an additional fee for the features. No notice. No explanation. The manager is dishonest and gives you lip service but does nothing to resolve your concerns. I've had storage units for years and never once had any issues with my bill or price increases. Ever. This place is a joke at best. Will be moving my things as soon as I can.
