Safe and Easy Moving

Safe and Easy moving was a great choice that was recommended from a realtor friend who told me her clients love them! She was right. Great service and teamwork. They arrived on time and were quick and careful when packing and moving. Thanks to Ashley, Nick and the moving team!

The company failed to provide a delivery drop off date and time. When they called (the morning of drop off) we were expected to be there in one hour. Since we were not, we were charged a late fee (which we got out of) because of poor communication. The drivers told their boss they communicated with us - it was a lie. Their boss stated that he would look into it. When he called back, he told me directly he didn't do anything more and that nothing could be done.

The delivery day was made worse because the movers did not communicate, they lied, and then they didn't repair the relationship. The credit card company denied my dispute because we signed saying it was delivered.

I wouldn't recommend them - and here's why. Companies that get away with this behavior (when things don't go well) will do it to anyone. So, most things in our world work out as they are supposed to...but companies that are committed to being the best don't let experiences like mine occur without some sort of 'we are really sorry about this, here is what we can do.'

I don’t know where to start on this review. So many times my husband and I read reviews and we feel like they’re fake or made up, but this one is 100% accurate and sincere.
Nick runs the most professional business! From the owner to everyone of his employees. Each piece of furniture was wrapped and taped beautifully. They insured me that they would take special care of my things and they certainly did! They offered to readjust anything or move it again. I was dreading the move yet it was incredible!
I had a special glass dining room table that needed to be crated. Again, Nick had a colleague that does just that! The date that they gave… I held my breath and my husband and I had bets on the percentage that it would crack. NOPE ITS PERFECT!!!
I WOULD NEVER USE ANY OTHER MOVERS BUT SAFE AND EASY! Their name says it all!

Maria moved us from Colorado to Illinois and provided excellent service! She was communicative and helpful every step of our journey. She went above and beyond! The crews who loaded and unloaded us were professional and worked hard to get our job done safely and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Maria and the Safe and Easy Moving team! Also, we are praying for your safety in the coming days of Hurricane Milton!

We were recommended by Coral Springs Talk and our realtor. A family member who is selling their home needed a move from a house to an independent living facility. The two men were prompt and wrapped up all breakables and collectibles extremely well and moved huge pieces of furniture out the door. The move was about 20 miles away and they arrived promptly and did such a great job moving him in. Everything was perfectly done. Will definitely use you guys again.
