In early April, we started vetting moving companies on Yelp. After communicating with several companies, we decided to hire Safe Hands Relocation for our move from Santa Clara to Clayton. They were comparable in price to other companies and took the extra time to explain their fee schedule. The communication throughout the process was excellent. They even sent us a $50.00 Yelp coupon. On the day of the move, Danny and Leo called to provide an estimated time of arrival. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were extremely courteous and professional. They tackled the project with strategic precision, never took a break, and made sure they understood our expectations. They carefully wrapped our furniture, television, mirrors, and pictures. They were extremely respectful of the property and also cleaned up after completing the first part of the job. After driving from Santa Clara to Clayton, Danny and Leo started back up as if they had just begun their day. They unloaded our belongings and placed them in the designated areas. Upon completion, they collected all of the packing materials and carted them away. We cannot say enough about the services provided by Safe Hands Relocation; specifically, Danny and Leo. They made this transition incredibly smooth. We will definitely hire them for any future moves.

Vi and his team from Safe Hands Relocation were great! They were very thorough with their process, taking time to review each room and inventory everything before starting. They were careful with wrapping and moving our items, and remained pleasant and friendly throughout the entire process! They lost a custom made buffet and did damage to my end table. Tried to reach out to several people within the company and the only who responded was thr person who did the actual move but haven't heard a word since. I'm very disappointed and sad.
