I recently hired United American Moving and Storage now operating under the name Safe Hands Relocation which claimed to support veterans-a factor that significantly influenced my decision to choose them. After paying $1242.50 as a deposit, they failed to provide any services, mislead me, and effectively stole my money. Subsequently, they took down their website and rebranded as Safe Hands Relocation. According to the Better Business Bureau, this company has operated under multiple aliases, indicating a pattern of deceptive behavior.

Their actions caused significant financial loss and stress. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this company or any of its known aliases for moving services. Ensure you thoroughly research and verify the credibility of any moving company before making a commitment. Although I can’t be certain they used their real names, the people involved in this fraud are Gregory Maddox, Shannon Lightner, Brandon McCaine, Daniel McKinney and a salesman by the name of Jim.
