We are in a place where storage is a hot commodity so when you find one you grab it! We were on quite a few waiting lists before this one had an opening. For us it is expensive for the size. We however are on the coast and well everything is expensive. The gate hours are reasonable, there is no light in our unit which is okay. It is heated. The doors could use a face lift. The office staff is always helpful. I do everything by email, and they take great care of us. Since we have had our unit, it seems like the person we signed up with is no longer there. We were given a lock and all the keys to so said lock. The only thing we do not agree on is the fact that if someone is behind you, they do not always wait to put in their code, that should be a MUST.
