Very nice place ... beer an food was on point

We have used this company multiple times but the most recent move we were highly uninpressed. The men who came to move us were highly unmotivated, slow, and unfriendly. They proceeded to use little caution on taking care with not only our belongings but also the flooring of the rental we were leaving. Even though my husband asked them to not drag furniture across the wood floor, they did and proceeded to scratch up the wood floor.

There were many pieces of furniture we asked them to wrap with protective blankets which they did not. One of the men said he would when he got it closer to the truck, but never did. They scratched a variety of our furniture pieces and lost a variety of pegs that held shelves in place. One of the men saw me as he dropped said pegs and kept on going as though it didn’t happen.

The two men reeked of pot and it seemed as though they were still high since they moved at a snails pace. My husband was running down the stairs with boxes faster than them. They did not seem to care or notice.

The worst part of the entire experience was that, when we contacted the owner Brandon Wilkinson, he played dumb as if he didn’t know who we were, why we would call, or even acknowledge that his employees damaged our items. He would not call back, despite calling multiple times. He blocked my husbands phone number. When we were able to get him on the phone he would just say what do you want or play dumb and then just hang up. He clearly had poor business management, unethical practices, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. I would steer clear of Safe Moving. Brandon Wilkinson is someone I would never trust to do business with and I would run as fast as possible if you are even in consideration of working with him.

Brandon has hung up on me several times after attempting to discuss damages. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES.

Overall these guys did an excellent job. Moving is not an easy job and they were determined from start to finish. Nothing was damaged and movers were friendly and nice!
