I needed help from 2 movers to bring a heavy object upstairs. They were prompt, communicative, and quick. Recommended!

I used their service three times，Same furniture and move in the same city. First time they finished my stuff in 5 hours；second time they use 7 hours and two trips(not very happy already)；third time they took 9 hours to put everything apart and just placed in storage. The three movers were working so slow and take their time put my furniture into small part. Everything become apart，I can't put my furniture together again. This was their strategy to make money. I feel really bad! They charge me $1500 for three bedroom furniture without refriger and washer dryer. Maybe you think 9hours $1500 wasn’t that bad. but I prepared very well,I put everything in moving boxes, and just ready to load and go. I
just someone to put my boxes and furnitures in “storge”，no need to setup anything. I feel so bad about their work,so slow ! slow as hell! Their movers lie to their boss about amount of my furnitures. Everything becomes apart,I complain about take my table and chair into a small piece during the packing time. but they didn’t hear me. They play with their phone and enjoy their time. Wow, Easy money! Their company email me said I didn’t tell them ( I need them work fast and finish in 6 hours and I don’t want they put my furniture apart) . Can you believe me? I was a very loyalty customer. But this moving company not safe and fast anymore. their service getting worse and worse . I am very disappointed. I asked them to refund me for two hours of wasted time. They said I threatened them to give a bad review. I will give a bad review, whether they refund my money or not. I need to expose their bad behavior. I hope that ladies who read this comment will be more careful about what kind of moving company you are looking for. Don't get robbed.
