I have moved nine times in the past thirty-three years and I have always used a moving company. My overall experience with This moving company was a good experience but it was not the best moving experience that I have had. I was very pleased with the original estimate and the final cost.

We made a 750-mile move in October 2018 and were very pleased with This moving company’ efficiency, proficiency, flexibility and affordability. Moving, as we all know, is a stressful period. We’ve all heard unpleasant tales. So one worries if the crew will damage or pilfer belongings, how long it will take for the furniture to reach the new home, if unexpected fees/charges will be added to the final tab and so on. Frankly, our move was so abrupt that we didn’t have time to worry. After reading reviews of Brian, we simply crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. And that’s what we got: the best.

One disappointment that we encountered was that we were originally promised two packers and one showed up on the packing day. He ended up calling for help and someone was sent. The packing process could have been more efficient had two people arrived together as originally promised.

My wife and I appreciated the kindness of the crew that packed us and moved us into our new home. The crew that moved us in actually did a little more than what they probably had to do but they wanted to be helpful and they were.
