Ok so I have not had many opportunities to ship stuff with this company but I will say on the rare occasion I do, the staff is very friendly! My main review is on the staff. My office building is next door and lately my car battery has been killed off by the cold pretty consistently. Yesterday one of the individuals at safe ship asked if I was ok when my hood was up and then came to jump my car in the rain. Tonight my car had died yet again (I need a new battery). The individual waved over and then yelled “oh no!” When he saw my hood go up. He texted another coworker in the building about my predicament but thankfully my jump box worked and my car started before I had to put them out again. However, I did see the other gentleman look out the door to see if my car had started.
I wish I had more things to ship with these guys because I would give them all of my business. Judging by how caring they are about people they just happened to encounter speaks volumes to how much they must value their customers. Thank ya’ll for the help! Hopefully I won’t need anymore jumps for awhile!
Elliott and his crew treated me right. I went way over on my UHaul mileage that I estimated I would drive... but, Elliott had set the expectation of exactly what everything was going to cost - so there were no surprises. It was slightly more than I had initially anticipated to pay but the service was 10/10! I highly recommend. Thank you!

Safe Ship worked with me on three frames (two large-ish, in the 30' realm) with museum glass to NYC - and a relatively tight timeframe (I believe a week is what it was). I didn't see the packing but the receiver said everything was packed great and arrived unscathed the pieces inside weren't jostled and the price was more than fair - way cheaper than your local chain businesses would charge to pack + ship. I would trust them shipping glass framed work in a heartbeat again. My only complaint was they seemed super busy so I never got a tracking number even though I provided the info (not that big a deal since it arrived). I was told I'd be contacted on Saturday by the end of the day with a quote/confirmation and wasn't, had to wait until Monday to call and they told me they'd call me later (they seemed b u s y) and didn't receive a call until Tuesday. But aside from that being a bit of a nervous experience on my end not being sure what was going on, everything was smooth the work got where it had to go and it got there on time and safely! Thank you!!
