Would have been 5 stars but for not emailing a tracking number as promised. Had to stop in AND call to get the info I needed. Will not leave a package there again without the number. Was promised that the item would be packaged and shipped and a tracking number emailed... no reason to doubt them as I have had good experience in the past. Can’t be because they were too busy, because the day I stopped in the guy was playing on his phone with his dog. Will go back, because I believe in supporting local business, just disappointing that they didn’t do what they promised with what was a time sensitive and expensive item.

Have continued to use them, they even moved us to Chicago… outstanding service and care for our “stuff”… price was reasonable, highly recommend!
