Very poor customer service. They used to be fantastic, not sure why they seem so demoralized. I've been waiting for them to correct an issue with access.Every week. I go, they tell me next week they're going to fix it. I went in today and expressed my dissatisfaction.They, at least this time, jotted something on a piece of paper. If customer satisfaction, it's important to you or twenty four hour access. Avoid this location.There are plenty of other storage places nearby.
Ps they supposedly lost the key to their restroom

This is my second time using their storage facility in Elmsford. Love them! They remembered me from years ago and the entire transaction from signing online to going in person to process my lease and get the keys for my unit was seamless. The office management team are true professionals. Overall I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.
