Luby was the best phone representative ever!

Today I was doing some research because we are evaluating different storage options and a young man named Daquan ( I hope the name is spelled correctly.) provided me an EXCELLENT service. I wish everyone had the same vocation for service as he does. Unparalleled attention.

I have had my storage unit here for a few years now, my biggest complaint is that my rent goes up about every 6 months! I started paying $161.20 in 2020 as of now I am paying over $400 for the same exact unit. I have called and asked why this year alone there has been a 25% increase and I never got a phone call back.

It is quite frustrating because in order to resolve this issue, it seems I just need to go elsewhere but that means moving literally all of the belongings in the space to another facility which means I would essentially then need to be paying for 2 units at one time in order to do that.

The employees there are very nice, the area is clean, I never have any issues with that. It really comes down to the price of the units itself and the fact that it changes every 6 months to an increase with giving literally nothing more for you, not even a damn light in the unit.

Shout out to my boy daiquan & Eddie they always were helpful & very always on point with the details on how the units worked I’m very satisfied with the experience
