We got a Auction in this location Michelle holds the unit for the person that lost it until she arrived and paid for it meaning Michelle call the delinquent tenant and wait until she arrives even we got there first she did call us to let us know that there was intention from the owner to pay we didn’t got the message regarles we would like to know how it works.
meaning do The manager has the right to hold units after being auctioned for tenants until they pay or not ??
Or the first one to pay gets it.
we have clear the fact that the auction can be cancelled at any time what we don’t know is if any manager can call you and say the delinquent tenant promises to pay I let you know????

Yes I agree totally customer first but The reply didn’t answer my question. My question is totally to determine the technicality And if it’s correct for managers to tell someone to wait ?to me, it seems very unfair and abuse to us as minority for example, if is intention to pay And they believe their customers they should call us and cancel not tell us to wait
