This Place is Great, Very Clean and Friendly Staff. Mike and Dan are the Best! I was Moving from FL and I arranged Renting a Unit from FL, When I arrived to IL Mike Showed Me some Other units just to make sure I had the Correct size for My 2 Bedroom home I was going to store there. He did A lot of Computer work to transfer my unit from My Daughters Name to my name and also to get Me a Bigger Unit, when the Movers arrived They said My stuff would fit in the Smaller unit, which was roughly $100 Cheaper, Mike Was So Great He did All the Computer Work Again to Put Me in the Smaller Unit w a Smile and He also Researched For Me My Cross Country Moving Price to see if I was Overcharged by My Moving Company because He knew I was Upset by the Price We Care For You Moving Company Charged Me to Move My stuff from FL to IL. I was Stressed out from the Move and Stressed that My Stuff would not fit in the Original Unit I rented and Mike made Me feel at Ease and is A True Professional! Dan also worked w My Daughter before I came to do all the Paperwork to reserve and rent My Unit before I arrived and was Nice and helped her figure out how to rent it in her name till I got here to IL to Transfer the Unit to My Name. I would give this Company 10 Stars if I could and Would Recommend them to Anyone!

The facility is clean and well-secured, and the customer service is top notch. Mike goes above and beyond to determine the right storage space for your needs, explain different options, and make the process as smooth as possible.
