Safeguard Self Storage

Super easy to do everything online. They called right away and talked me through the process about the contract and time needed for the initial setup. Looking forward to working with them.

I looked at a few different storage places in the suburbs and initially wanted to rent from Safeguard Palatine. After reserving a locker online, I got a friendly, informative phone call from I think Mark (sorry if I've got it wrong!), who was extremely helpful. I then found a storage unit much closer to home. When I called to cancel with Safeguard I spoke to Dave, who was also very friendly, helpful, and professional and seemed to genuinely want to make sure the new place had the amenities Safeguard does but didn't try to hard-sell me into sticking with them. They were so easy to talk to and so professional. Based on this experience I will definitely be Safeguard to friends and family who live closer to Palatine.

Good experience with the guy at the front desk. Little on the expensive side. For a regular 5x10 unit you will pay $120 per month (insurance is mandatory).
