Convenient online sign up and any confusion was relieved by my man Robert out in Florida, thanks for guiding me through the process!

I think the quality of the unit and security of the facility are great but doing payments and close out procedures were relatively inconvenient. First off, the emails coming from the company go right into spam because of how they are written. They also feature links that, to the trained eye, might appear malicious. The hesitancy to follow payment links or use the online platform to make payments is exacerbated by the fact that there are 2 different web addresses. Anyone who knows the basics of cybersecurity would set off many red flags.

Aside from the sketchy emails and dated online payment platform, the close out procedure was extremely inconvenient. They ask you to do the close out in writing but the location has no guarantee of having a person on site even during regular business hours. I understand the convenience of the kiosk but if I have important questions or need assistance beyond a kiosk (such as closing out my unit and returning equipment), I should be able to, at the very least, get in TOUCH with a manager. Instead, there was no manager on site on a regular Tuesday afternoon and I had to request a call back multiple times. If the manager is not available for assistance during regular business hours and the kiosk does everything else, what is the manager doing? Why are they so hard to get a hold of?

Overall, great storage location but very poor customer service.

Mike Mattey, from the Addison location, deserves a promotion, a raise, and a vacation!! He's the best! He always remembers my boyfriends name, who is the account holder, no matter how long it's been since I've seen him last. I highly recommend this location just because of him!
