Will at the Lombard is a great manager of the storage facility. He always was helpful and pleasant. I would use Safe Guard again because if Will.

Clean, convenient (for the most part) and well-managed. Will was always a pleasure to work with and provides exceptional customer service (and has a great sense of humor). Safeguard Lombard was very accommodating to my specific needs and questions. They also have a very easy setup for loading and unloading.

After a while, things degraded a bit in convenience. The side door, which was very close to my unit, began to stay locked even during posted 'open' hours. It was a bit of a crapshoot that required me to go test to see if I'd be able to haul in or out that day, which was annoying. It was especially annoying when I needed to coordinate renting or borrowing a truck. Calling and asking about the issue didn't seem to help things.

Beyond that, I had a positive experience at Safeguard and would recommend it to anyone looking for a storage solution.
