Review:
Rate up on my unit about 33% since 2021. I need to look elsewhere for a unit. Was $259 a month, now $383 a month. They send a letter making it sound “necessary”. But when your pay doesn’t likewise increase, they have you with the pain of having your stuff, but you now may need to take time out to find a lower priced unit and spend time and money moving to it.
January 18, 2025: Response to your response: why don’t you just lower my price? You have a larger unit than mine on the first floor for $299!
