Safeway Moving And Storage

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience. Underquoted on phone, the movers showed up and said “oh this is going to be higher.” I answered all questions honestly.

I was told 2-14 days for delivery. My stuff delivered 38 days after it was picked up.

No updates were ever given throughout the whole process. Customer service sucked and the salesperson was a liar. He said I could call him with issues and he’d try and help, never got a response. Could barely get ahold of customer service and when I did, they just said I’ll get a call when it’s been loaded onto the next truck. No callbacks we’re ever received. No dispatches we’re made to maybe try and find where the truck was. Wish I would of used Allied or a more reputable company. Don’t use Safeway.

Oh and a lot of stuff for my wedding was on the truck, I had to buy all new stuff resulting in around $1,000 including clothes, bridal party gifts etc.

Mark and Eric did a fantastic job. They are very caring and conscientious, and work hard. I highly recommend them.
