This company totally rocks!!!! Paxton and his crew showed up for me when I was in a bind and worked their magic! They were so polite, a delight to work with and did an amazing job! As far as moving companies are concerned, Sam A Byers Moving is hands down the best in town!!! ????????????

Here’s a detailed breakdown of the move:
1. Paxton did a great job - he’s by far the most knowledgeable in their crew. He also saved our dining room table from being ruined by a downpour.
2. Their moving blankets and supplies leave a lot to be desired. Hard to say if they’ve ever been washed. You’d be better off providing your own blankets.
3. Some of the crew members will leave you wondering why they are even there. Our 5 men crew may as well have been a 3 men team. One of them was smoking inside the garage.
4. They damaged our brand new driveway (dug our concrete with the bottom of the truck and damaged brand new walls (we will need to spackle and paint). Additionally, they used hand trucks when going up the stairs, which damaged new stair treads.
4. They were very reasonably priced (below competition). You really do get what you pay for in this case.
My suggestion for the business would be to provide some additional training to the team and replace moving blankets with new ones.
