Sam Store & Move - Dallas Storage & Moving Containers

I rented a moving/storage container from Sam Store and Move, everything went smoothly from delivery to drop off. I was concerned about the tilting of the container when loading onto a flatbed when they picked it up to move to my new address thinking everything would shift inside but nothing moved. Maybe my packing had something to do with it but also the driver who picked it up was a factor and had plenty of experience gently loading the container. I would definitely use them again for future local moving needs.

The man that delivered my unit went out if his way to make sure I could operate the door.It had a flaw that a man or younger woman could handle, but this 70 year old woman didn't have the strength, so he spent an hour and a trip to Home Depot to fix it for me.Thats customer service that you don't see all the time .

Moved here in late October. Didn't want to rent in-building storage. Bought a permit from Bedford and put the storage beside the house. Sold the house and packed the container full. Sam's moved to our new house. In Rhome. Emptied it yesterday. Told Steve Pickering last night by text. It's gone back home now. I dodged some high cost storage fees too. Staff and all drivers are top notch too. This is a great alternative to expensive storage. Use these guys, they are great.

Had occasion to call for a storage container overnight delivery, as i was having flooring replaced in our home. Talked with Steve Pickering, explained my dilemma, and he said he would work me in as they were closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Storage Unit arrived on Friday afternoon, and was loaded the household items so the floor work could begin on Monday.
There Customer Service is second to none, there storage Unit was in great shape and wasn't an eyesore parked on the driveway.
For all my portable storage needs, I will be calling Sam's, as there prices are reasonable and there delivery and pick up is super.
