I was very disappointed with them. Scott came to my house to give me an estimate. It took over 48 hours for somebody to get back with me. I was told that Scott was sick. But I don't care somebody else. Could have been in touch with me to let me no. When somebody buys finally in touch with me. The quote ended up being more than double. What I ended up paying with another company. I would love to say the name of the company that I ended up going with. But I know I can't, all I can tell you is. You should definitely shop around. There's a lot of companies that wanna try to take advantage of you and get rich off of something. This is one of those sort of companies.

DURING MOVE, A TV WAS BROKEN ALONG WITH TONS OF GLASS ITEMS THAT WAS CLEARLY LABELED 'GLASS'...THIS COMPANY TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANYTHING...DOES NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH RETURN CALLS AFTER YOU'VE SPOKEN TO THEM AND HAVE SENT PICS OF EVERYTHING...UPON THEIR REQUEST...I'M NOW IN THE PROCESS OF FILING WITH THE 'BBB'...SO PLEASE BE AWARE...

Scott took my last minute moving needs in stride and got us on the schedule less than 24 hours from our conversation. The crew was fantastic, polite, attentive and exceptionally careful with our items. Refreshing to have Americans in charge of everything the mindfulness and attention to detail was noticeable and stood in contrast to previous experiences we have had with moving companies. Book with confidence!

This is a late review. But someone recently asked me about this experience so I wanted to share as a warning. I had an awful experience with this company. They were rescheduled my move from a pack one day and load another day. To doing it all in one day. When they arrived late to my two bedroom townhouse there were only two workers. They were unable to complete the work in the schedule they told me. Causing me to reschedule other appointments I had for the day. They then did a terrible job with the packing. It took forever to sort out because there was no logic to the packing, and then once they arrived to the new home workers weren’t polite. The man who I spoke with to do the service was very nice and helped to fit me in. But everything else was a nightmare.
