I rented here for a year and a half and overall had an excellent experience thanks to Rainy, the manager, who is professional and on top of everything. Some challenges have been with new staff being onboarded and learning their systems and processes (as is typical of new hires), and the lift may not be available during lunch 12:30-1:30.
On the other hand, during my time renting a unit here, the staff has been very accommodating and offered to let me in early when I called to confirm their morning hours. or stay a bit after while I went through my unit. The facility is very clean and driving in makes it easy, though it is a bit narrow for multiple cars to be inside the facility but everyone has been very nice and patient always. I've rented at other chain storage facilities in the past and haven't had the best experience so l am glad I came to rent a unit here after my divorce. Whenever there have been challenges, Rainy has always made herself available to make things right, and her energy and good spirits are always much appreciated.

Rainy was very nice and attentive while quickly helping us sign up. Glad she will be on site for us! A very nice facility too.
