San Anselmo Self Storage

I have had a unit for a long time. Recently I left the facility without properly locking one unit. Rainy call me as soon as she saw it to let me know and I was able to correct my error. More recently I vacated one unit. Rainy did the paperwork immediately and efficiently. She is on top of things.

Rainy and Lorenzo in the office are both awesome ... exceedingly helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place of business.

Great, easy experience with an extremely knowleable manager! Not my first storage unit, but definitely the best experience.so far. Thanks to Rainey for making the experience a great one. Her happy face, positive demeanor and attitude sold me on this facilitu.

Friendly and helpful staff! Every time I've been there a staff member was walking through the facilities, I presume to keep an eye on things. The indoor drive through loading zone is a relief when the weather is harsh. Shoutout to Rainy for always being friendly and providing great customer service! Areas for improvement: the lift is surprisingly slow and the upstairs facilities get pretty warm on hot days.

Everything about this place is fantastic! The woman who runs it, Rainy, is incredibly helpful, friendly, informative--every good adjective you could think of. The facility is clean, light, and airy, and the access is exceptional--you can drive right up to the ground floor storage spaces, which is invaluable for those of us who aren't star weight-lifters; you only have to carry things a couple of feet. Couldn't recommend it more highly!
