Great staff, convenient location, excellent units, safe, cool temperature inside. I’m renting with them for the second time. Highly recommend!

Negativel experience over all. The most recent negative was the Lyft was out of order and I was told I could use the stairs. My unit is on the second floor and I had heavy heavy boxes and some furniture items to move. Use the stairs they said. I couldn’t believe my ears. They also raise the rent fairly often and the hours are ridiculous. They open at nine. They close at 5:45 and they take an hour plus for lunch. During the lunch hour you cannot access the lift because it takes a key, which is in the managers office. All in all, I would give this place a one out of 10. Do not fall for their scam of three months at a discounted rate in order to get you in. You won’t be happy.

I was in and out of there in just a few minutes with the key to my storage unit. The place is clean and there was one unit on the first floor left, and I snagged it. The location is perfect for me and the price is reasonable. And Rainey, the woman who helped me, is great, very helpful and cheerful service.

We are both impressed by Reiny's excellent service and management of San Anselmo Self Storage, which is kept clean tidy and secure.

Good maintenance. Attention to detail like lighting. Friendly management. -Updating this year 2024. I've been grateful to work with their new manager, Rainy. She is very efficient. Very helpful!
