San Juan Capistrano Self Storage

I went by about 2 months ago and looked at a unit. I told Brandi the type of unit I needed (one I could back a tailor into). She put me on a waiting list. When she called me back last week and told me she had one I was pumped. I came by with my 5yo son and she took us on the golf cart to go see the unit. She took the long route because he was loving it. I went back today to sign the paperwork and drop my trailer off. The staff is professional and friendly.

I have been with San Juan Self Storage for nearly 10 years. Brandy has ALWAYS been extremely helpful! She continues to go above and beyond and really cares about her customers. She is the reason I feel so comfortable and confident my belongings are well taken care of! Thank you Brandy for your above the rest service!

Brandy is amazing. She was friendly, patient with my questions, and very accommodating. My Dad rented a couple of units here several years ago, & I really liked their security. Now that I’m looking for storage, I’m renting a unit at Pouch too.
