San Mateo Piano

I had a great experience shopping for a new digital piano at San Mateo Piano. Bozkurt took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me pianos at different price points, explaining their differences and demonstrating their features. He was patient and let me to take my time comparing models to ensure I chose the right one. I’m very happy with my new piano and thrilled to have been able to support a local business.

We really appreciated Andrew’s service. He is knowledgeable and explains the specs of different Kawai models in details to us and is not pushy at all about selling. TBH I was leaning towards a Yamaha before visiting, but Andrew gave us a really good deal and I liked the tone of Kawai better, with his politeness and patience I decided to get our piano here. I would recommend the store to anyone who is looking for a Kawai piano.

Impressive display of products. The salesman assisting me was very polite, patient, and never came off as pushy. This is the only piano store I’ve been to that actually cared to educate me rather than sell me something. Very happy with the piano I purchased.

Recommended by my piano teacher. Has a wide variety of choices for purchase and renting. Great and responsive customer service & can't recommend it more if you are thinking about owning/renting a piano in the bay.
