Found San Mateo piano because they posted a review comparing all the different Kawai CA series. On Friday night, I thought I'd order from them because it'd be easier for warranty/repair reasons, and probably faster delivery. Sure enough the following morning (9am Saturday) they sent me an email asking me if I'm available between 12 and 1 for a delivery. I didn't check my email, so they called me around 11:30am, asked me if it's ok to deliver it, I said yes. They were there right on time, asked me if I wanted it assembled, I said of course, the guys were excellent, they're super efficient, super clean, they put floor protection where they were working, wore shoe covers, and were silent, highly recommend tipping them.

We waited for half an hour outside the door even we have made an appointment. There were some other customers inside. No one came to open the door for us, even we rang the doorbell and knocked the door. We gave up at the end. I wonder what is the point to make appointments if no one is willing to serve you.

Amazingly priced, flexible and professional. Andrew was super nice. Would recommend!
